Cost
Delta Dental is proposing a multi-year, self-insured administrative fee. The fee is guaranteed for five years from the effective date. Delta Dental’s fees are all-inclusive.

Delta Dental agrees to the terms and special payment arrangement request from Johnson Controls.

Dr. Greg Theis DDS, MBA joined Delta Dental of Wisconsin in 2019. Greg works with dental organizations and our customers to help move forward the oral health and wellness initiatives for the organization.
He previously served as dental director at a health center; founded a dental management consulting group providing advice and guidance for both startup and established dental practices; and started and grew a four-location dental practice where he practiced for 15 years while serving as a clinical instructor with area educationalin stitutions as well.
Greg graduated from The Ohio State University with both a bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He also obtained his MBA in Healthcare Administration from Tiffin University.
